Having wait a whole 2months for weekly promised updates on when my MSA will be paid out. Till this day sizwe hasn’t updated me.
Very disappointed with the promises sizwe hosmed are making but not keeping up to….I was promised a response for the whole 2 months each and every week its a different promises last time I was promised a response from their finance as to why my MSA is not being paid out.
It’s been 2months since I submitted my banking details for my MSA reimbur*****t, till today I’ve been made empty promises that my account lies at finance for processing but still yet I haven’t received my payment in 2 months ever since leaving the medical in 2023 December.
A new week still no payment on my MSA….rather am being sung a different tune this week, I’m being told I should wait another month.
Today we had the sizwe guys come in to the company with regards to the MSA REIMBUR*****T payments. They claim it should pay out after 120days but rather the exact opposite is happening???
It’s been more than a month of doing follow ups on my medical savings reimbur*****t. Only to be told different stories each and every week of unkept promises & total silence with regards to what exactly is happening within their finances department.
Yet another day I was promised feedback on my MEDICAL SAVINGS REIMBUR*****T. No feedback whatsoever. Each and everytime you do follow up they’re waiting for finance to approve the payment, A whole awaiting payment approval.
Originally sent through my documents for the medical savings reimbur*****t on the 07th of May till this they give me the runaround on the funds were approved and are awaiting to be released by the finance team. It’s almost a month of being fed different theories each and every week.
Poor service from this service provider, everyday week you get told a different story with regards to my medical savings.
The poorest service you’ll recieve to get reimbursed of your savings I left the medical aid 2023 December and now I’ve been trying to get my reimbur*****t to being told different stories everytime I call in.Poor service no wonder the our employer chose to terminate they’re relationship
