Poor after sale service

We are very disappointed by this company's after sale service. We have been struggling to get hold of the owner. Not answering his phone, not responding to messages. We have to work through his partner but the problem lies not within his partner's responsibility. It is now going for 3 months in which we were unable to utilize our solar installation.
