ThulaMoya means silence when you need help.
ThulaMoya solar were quite good at the installation except a small incident that occurred with their installers when staying in the accommodation we provided…… but we have had less than satisfactory response times and technical expertise given the critical nature of power in our business.

Best After Sales Service Thula Moya Energy
The Best After Sales Service you can get. My invertor to my solar suddenly just stop working after 2 and half years which was installed by Thula Moya. I WhatsApp the owner Devein about it on a Sunday 14 July and he rep**** that he would send someone on Monday. As promised they arrived in the morning and had to remove it for repairs by Sunsynk which I later found out it went to ARB Solar Technical in Durban (3rd Party) where it was bought from at the time of installation. ARB never sent it on to SunSynk for repairs and had it on their floor until 29th August after I wrote a bad review on SunSynk thinking it is them. SunSynk got hold of me and got the Invertor on the 29th and fixed it the same day. It was collected by ARB on the 4th and once again kept it on their floor until I contacted them a week later which they then had it collected by Thula Moya who collected and fitted it the same day. Devin the Director even came the next day to double check if all is working correctly. This is what you call Excellent After Sales service. Well done to All involved at Thula Moya, Jes, Cindy and Devin thank you. ARB Solar Technical are the worst to get stock from.

Best After Sales Service Thula Moya Energy
The Best After Sales Service you can get. My invertor to my solar suddenly just stop working after 2 and half years which was installed by Thula Moya. Best Service second time around
We recently upgraded our 5kw system which Thula Moya installed for us. We have upgraded from a small system to a 8kw system. Once again, Devin and his team were extremely professional. Solar is addictive when the service is so good! Thank you Thula Moya! bring on the load shedding!

Experienced Solar Installation Team
From quotation through to installation and beyond I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of Thula Moya Energy. The experienced installation team arrived at the designated time and were very efficient throughout the installation process. The finished product is very neat and I have had no problems whatsoever with my solar energy functioning as I had expected. Everything was explained to me in great detail and all the questions I had were answered knowledgeably. Poor after sale service
We are very disappointed by this company's after sale service. We have been struggling to get hold of the owner. Not answering his phone, not responding to messages. We have to work through his partner but the problem lies not within his partner's responsibility. It is now going for 3 months in which we were unable to utilize our solar installation.

Great Service and product
Thula Moya installed a 3 phase 12KW system in our house with 20 x solar panels. A great job and it's working perfectly, I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to save on electricity bills and take the loadshedding headaches away, we don't even know when loadshedding takes place.

Great Service and product
