I was met at the door by an attentive and knowledgeable assistant to guide me toward my requirements in this busy store. They had all I needed and very good advice from a man who may have been the owner. A fantastic experience. Well done Doug’s Hardware.
ThulaMoya solar were quite good at the installation except a small incident that occurred with their installers when staying in the accommodation we provided…… but we have had less than satisfactory response times and technical expertise given the critical nature of power in our business.
I bought 2 new hilux 4x4 bakkies in late 2023 .They came fitted with bull bars from NWM. This after endless problems with a prior vehicle that was returned a few times to rectify issues with headlights and grill coming loose due to a design fault(the original supports of the oem bumper is not replaced with ANY support) Well nothing has changed the 2 new vehicles have had the same problem with the same result ie blame the customer. NO resolution in spite of saying they will fix out of goodwill but not accepting that the design is *****. Think very hard about the attitude at this vendor.
Terrible experience. They incorrectly delivered someone else’s doors when they delivered the fenestration for a building we are busy with. My doors were delivered elsewhere. Their arrogance in dealing with it was mind boggling. Held up the building process. No contact let alone apologies. They tried to make the agent pay for the incorrect door they delivered (because they signed for it) in spite of doors and windows being marked with differing codes from those in the order/catalogue. I will not deal with this crowd again.
An employee of mine has been endlessly abused by this bank. They have apparently opened an overdraft on his behalf. It is overdrawn . He knows nothing about it . Has been to the branch in Kokstad to ask why he has an overdrawn amount. Was told to phone the number on the demands he’s being sent. He doesn’t have that sort of air time. He came to me and we phoned the number to be told we through to the wrong department. So eventually we got a direct number for the underberg branch . Arrogant case by the name of precious said she could only help if he came into the branch. I suggested proof of the signed agreement be emailed to the employee , answer no can’t do that she busy with a client . He has changed to standard bank in desperation. Still getting threatening letters by registered mail. What is one supposed to do.
I had great service at Shelley centre south coast from Simone Buys. Really organized and pleasant. Great service well done. Too bad the company she represents has an arrogance problem. I’m getting spammed with their marketing SMS’s in spite of removing consent . Recently migrated from Vodacom..... I’m regretting it terribly.
Terrible to deal with. I want nothing to do this company . Very difficult to communicate with. Their messaging service is totally unmanned. The retentions lady I spoke to stubbornly ignored that I wish to cancel. Keeps on wanting to send a repair technician. But makes no appointment. Did Telkom train their staff!
We have paid in full for a dress for my daughters wedding . Paid in September 2017. We are still getting all sorts of wild excuses as to where this dress is and why it’s nots ready. Jasmin finally gave us a shop soiled dress off the floor but still undertaking to get us the dress we ordered. She is not taking calls. Deal with this character at your own risk.
Well I was sold an extended warranty by Toyota for a vehicle that I bought second hand (Land cruiser Kev) . When it can time to claim on work done on the front axle the claim was repudiated. Reason -missing services. During the telesales contact this point was explained to the salesman. Ie that I had already done some services in our own workshop. We run a fleet 10 Toyota’s and some trucks and tractors. The sales explicitly said , no problem. I have checked the recorded sales interview. It has been near impossible to to query this problem. Only once I mentioned hellopeter did I get any response and the recording was sent to me. However it seems that I shouldn’t expect anything further. No response to my subsequent emails. The vehicle has now had other work done outside the Toyota group because of the repudiation. I expect Toyota to honor their commitment and not pull cheap tricks like this.
<p>Sent a computer to these guys in mid December. Was told it would be ready the week before Christmas. One pathetic excuse after the next it's now the 17th of January and it's not ready . This computer belongs to a young student who works as an intern for me as he completes his studies. Urgently needed this back before Christmas.
