I was an employee of this company, and due to disciplinary hearing, resigned on 26th of June 2023. I did my company wrong and now the Directir, refused to pay out June's salary and leave pay. His message to my was: I have no urgency in settling this matter soon.
My father-in law past a way on 06.08.2021 and I took over his municipality account. I sent all relevant docs to accounts & ebill. And still I am penalizing for returned debit orders. I am also a widow with only my income and struggle as it is at the moment and even the Attorney of Authority's details was forward to them. No one seems eager to assist me. This is so sad that a paying customer does not get any help from that department. I cannot get a bank statement from ABSA where this debit order is active, but still they keep on penalizing me with almost R1000 per month. I am fed-up!!!
On 6th Dec '21, I bought a Slumberland double bed [base & matrass]. Less than a month later, the matrass has a dip where I lay, also a spring makes a noise when I sits on the bed. Complaint was laid, and finally in Feb I got a new matrass. Awesome. Then in July '22, my son let me know that Lewis dropped off a new matrass and took the old one. Wow, this is service I though. NOT so good news for me, since it is 2 weeks later, and I have the same problem again!!!!. I contacted the stock on Thursday 4th of August, and still he does not return my call OR give me any feedback on my query. My brother promoted Lewis Stores to me for a bed, and now I am very disappointed that I did not go to any other store/company for better service.
