I am very happy with their service. From the moment I joined they have always been there, they have allways contacted me, they have always updated me they did not disappear, they are always making sure that you know exactly what is going on; you can all always know what they about to do for you and what they have done for you so far and they are only very supportive. They do the best that they can to make sure that they help you. I'm still through the process but already the service I've received is more than a 110percent Thank you so much for helping me
I would like to write a review about Prime Meridian Direct Their service is so quick, when talking to their consultants it's like talking to a brother. Premiums are very reasonable through out the time I have been using them, I have never been disappointed. Thanks PMD
I have had the most painful and degrading experience with Telkom and not once but twice I bought a contract phone through Mondo and it was delivered and I was not happy with what they falsely sold on the phone then I called them and they collected the phone via courier All of a sudden I'm a continuously billed for a phone I returned, I sent an email asking what is happening now, you took the phone hence I no longer had it contract should have been canceled. A guy called and told me I should have returned the phone then cancel contract, no one told me that even with the first incident all of a sudden I was supposed to cancel it myself, he was nit even willing to listen to my concerns and just told me they will take actions What about the fact that someone did not do their job, on the first incident there was no record that the phone was collected by the courier and I'm wondering if the same did not happen with this two. Last time to restore my name I paid for a number that was active and allocated to someone else this time I insisted that they fix their issues but all was in vain
