Disheartening & disorganized and Unprofessional Experience at ACT Technologies. On Thursday, 17th October, I attended an assessment and interview process at ACT Technologies. While the assessments were completed by midday, delays caused by "slow systems" kept us waiting for results until 3 PM. There was poor communication throughout. The recruiter told me she couldn't see my results at all then only to find out the results were there just that there was a section of the assessment I did not complete due to not hearing the instructions properly, I passed the 1st session of the assessment for customer service. I clicked one link and completed it instead of doing both links. I was given the option to complete the assessment that day or return on Monday withe the rest of the candidates I was with. I chose to return on Monday but again faced disorganization. Despite finishing the assessment without problems, I was left waiting for hours with no updates. Candidates from Thursday were interviewed, but I was ignored. It felt chaotic, with recruiters seeming unaware of who needed interviews. I overheard a conversation with the recruiter\team leader speaking amongst themselves that someone failed, and I felt it referred to me, yet I was never given any feedback. The entire experience was disheartening—poor communication, lack of organization, and the financial burden of having to return multiple times left me defeated. Recruiters never considered that I was advised to come back and finish up just like the same candidates I was with last week Thursday who were already sorted for the day In the end, I felt completely defeated. The process was chaotic, communication was poor, and the time management was terrible. ACT Technologies needs to seriously improve its organization, and respect for candidates who use their last money for job hunting hoping for greener pastures, and should work on effective communication. IT IS SAD HOW I WASTED THE LAST MONEY THAT I BORROWED IN HOPES OF GREENER PASTURES ONLY TO BE TOLD TO COME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY, WHICH WAS GONNA BE THE 3RD TIME IF I WENT BACK TODAY, WITH WHAT MONEY THOUGH??? NOW I'M LEFT WITH SKOLODO’S!! WHAT A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE THE WAY I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO WORKING AT THAT PLACE, I AM SO BROKEN!
My food was never delivered! Please help me guys to tag Uber eats and find the driver! the driver before he claimed he delivered food. Driver wasn’t even willing to find a resolution to this issue. He was nothing but impatient and he said he won’t use an alternative road I told him about coz he won’t get paid and he said he doesn’t care if I report him. Also I tried asking him to assist me while we were on the phone so that I change the pin hence he claimed my location is wrong. Still he wasn’t willing to do that. He marked food as delivered & took a pic of it! Where else there wasn’t food at my door step,driver was at tau street at protea glen and my street is bhaqa street Naledi bus stop,he was literally 2mins away from my house!! Driver Never communicated with me as to where my food is this was around 20;00pm. I just want & demand you guys look into this investigation and refund me my money within the next 24hrs! What a bad service with *********** drivers,drivers who lie and claim food is delivered. He treated me as if hes serving a hungry Dog/charity kid. where else I paid with my hard earned money! I just want my refund and I won’t recommend the app to anyone coz I always come across such drivers!! Please look deeper into this investigation and BRING BACK MY MONEY! Don’t debit the 20bucks hence I never opted to tip this rude guy!
Yhoo I am a worker @Aegis ever since I started in March they have been hiring and pcs are short,there are no pcs but there’s high toll of new hires they still hiring and workers who have been there are now on hot sits 1st come 1st serve with pcs and IT people told us we don’t own pcs which were assigned to us it’s now a hot sit,team leaders are incompetent they don’t want us to work from home. Not sure if Telkom knows we pay for our own transports for night shift which even costs us more we become dry lemons in 2days time after pay day and that we getting 4.5k on top of that The KPIs (performance)for calls we don’t get it. Process of working home is being delayed Telkom gave workers routers and sims to work home and we were told that we must buy our own routers.with what money coz we get paid now and money finishes plus we work for transport!! Not to mention crazy schedules and day offs we don’t get rest it’s just crazy schedules. I wish Telkom was the Telkom that it was back on the days Good salary and competence I wish Telkom never outsourced.
