I have cancelled my Netstar Go initially on the 27th September 2023, and got SMSed this reference number: CAS-7090081-M3D4. I was told that it was a 30 day notice period, which I didn't dispute. I was therefore expectant that my last debit order for it would be the 25th October 2023. However, on the 25th November 2023, a debit order went off for it. I then called on the 27th November to clear this up and was told that there was no record of my cancellation. I then advised the agent to listen to the recorded call of me cancelling it. I was then given a new reference number: CAS-7327168-Y0K0. Upon ending the call, I told the agent that I was not expecting another 30 notice period for this cancellation and that my money should be refunded. The agent told me that someone would contact me. Since then, no one contacted me A debit order went off today for the Netstar Go to my surprise. I am extremely upset with the level of incompetency in cancelling the Netstar Go and refunding me the money that was taken for it in November, and then now again in December. I have never as so much used it, as you can check that there is no record of me even registering or logging onto the platform. I expect to see proof of cancellation, and well as a refund for it. I expect an agent to call me as well, and apoloofor the ******* service I've received from your end. If not, I will reverse the debit order with my bank until this issue is sorted out. This is very unacceptable from a company that has been operational for years. You are supposed to have efficient systems in place.
