Slow responses on claims. Third week waiting on a tyre claim payout. No response from claims person Justine on the payment. Each claim seems to take way longer than the previous one. Only ever received the worst service from Albatros Insurance Administrators and Yard Insurance

We do not know what to do anymore. We had a couple of break-ins on the farm and have done everything in our power to set precautionary measures in place so that it does not happen again. We have lodge our claims, the quantum mind you also not that huge, but nothing. It took them more than a month to get a normal geyser claim sorted. Steven Isaacs will meet with you at your house, makes promises and that is the last you will ever hear from him. No replies to emails, it is as if he has vanished into thin air. Our business and private are on one policy so their will be claims. Is this not why you have insurance in place. We keep on paying the premiums and spend additional money to secure our belongings. but nothing from our insurance. Old Mutual now phoned my husband to ask about the one break-in, which happened weeks ago. Asked this person if he did not get the assessors report. No he did not. What is happening!

So I joined the company back in 2018 when I bought a new device with MTN, fast forward 2021 I loose the device in December and make a claim for it, mind you I have been paying my monthly fees with no hestitaion, my claim was responded a month later even so it was declined the reason for the claim being denied is invalid as well. I went again and appealed the claim and declared it false and corrected the mistake till this day my emails are not being responded furthermore the consultants as well as the company have been unethical in so many ways. It is disappointing to know that I have been paying on time, my claim is as per agreed on the contract however still being denied and the service I'm getting highly disappointing to. I need help with the resolution to this matter!

On the 18th of August 2021 My mother got into an accident of which it was the 2nd parties fault, a third party claim was done by Mr Mathibela Veli with Mmela Finincial Service which they provded him with Yardrisk Insurance with claim number MML002165. As we speak the matter is not yet resolved and all documentation required were submitted on numerous accations. At this stage we were promised tha Mr Mcdonald Sebola from Yardrisk Insurance would come in between the 11th to 12th of October 2021 to still come a physical to assess the vehicle today is the 13th October 2021 i have been doing numerous calls and not be able to get ahold of Mr McDonald Sebola. I would like this matter to be resolved urgently as my mom is a pensioner and requires the vehicle to travel as well this matter has cause a physical as well as mental health for my mother as she is constantly enquiring about why it is taking so long for her vehicle to be fixed.
