Save yourself a LOT of money and frustration. NEVER EVER use this Company. You are better off with nothing than have this false sense of security in thinking the program works as it is supposed to. In the middle of January when I wanted to bill my time, I detected to my shock that the program stopped working on 31 Dec 2023. May I add that I still paid for uninterrupted service. This caused me to lose out in my income for half a month. After many complaints that my desktop activity report is not working, I was informed that the matter was fixed. That was AFTER I was informed that it was my own responsibility to check that the program (that I pay to record my desktop activity) is working as it is supposed to. I was informed that I cannot even have discount for my monthly subscription the following month – even though the loss of my income is directly attributable to the incompetence of the desktop activity program. The reason given was that I am supposed to watch if their program is working. How ridiculous – I must pay for a program that records activity on my desktop, but then STILL have to check if it is working as specified. Which other Software Company will tell you that their software is not working but you were supposed to check that it works. I checked for a week, and all seems fine. On 28 January 2024 I had to submit my time sheet again. This was very important as I am already losing the fees of half a month. Great was my shock when I watched in horror how ERS Bio presented me ANOTHER report where the program stopped functioning on the 19th of January just after mid-day. Once again, I have another invoicing cycle where it is seemingly fine for my service provider to render a program that does not work. This is DEVASTATING for my Cashflow.

Since I published below, Nobody bothered to contact me. It is practically impossible to obtain someone senior to attend to my complaint. Is seems that Whoolworths delivery would be a better option. First review HORRIBLE service - DESPICABLE behaviour What a HORRIBLE, EMBARRASING experience! I ordered flowers for delivery. Order date: 6 Aug 2022, Requested delivery date: 7 Aug, Actual delivery date :12 Aug. 5 Days LATE. The person who was suppose to receive the flowers had to follow up numerous times…just to receive 12 roses instead of the 24 roses I ordered. How DESPICABLE!!! How can one trust them to send flowers to a funeral or hospital if you don't know if the flowers would ever be delivered or how many days late? Just imagine - flowers show up at a church - just to hear "sorry, the funeral was 3 days ago..."... Or in a hospital ward - 5 days after someone had serious surgery or passed away!! How unethical to take money for 24 roses but only delivered 12? Does one now have to follow up each and every delivery - requesting pictures of what was actually delivered to compare it with what was ordered? What is the fun and surprise in that??
