I have settled their account last year September 2025 Already but there is a company that calls me everyday asking me to settle the account. My last payment was done in store and I owe nothing according to my knowledge. It looks like I was handed over to two different collectors I have set up a debit order with the Vericred but now daily credit solutions demands payment. I don’t know what to do anymore! These people bother me every single day I have to explain one thing to different people in that collection company! I called Identity and they told me I owe nothing on their side I even checked online today it says I owe nothing.who can help me get out of this misery. Good day, I would like to lodge a complaint about the payment that I have made into dstv account using my dstv whatapp link, I was told to pay on the 25/07/2022 R508.84 for my August subscription so I did pay it and on the 27/07/2022 I had a explorer decoder installed then I was again via the whatsapp asked to pay R441.28 of which to me it made sense because my overall calculation was supposed to be R928 of which I paid all in all R950 but now my subscription on the explorer is now stopped yet I am told the payment was supposed to be via debit order. I did not make funds available for dstv to debit because I had paid already 3 days before the actual payment date. So now I am told that i need to pay reconnection fee of which I actually paid days before my subscription was stopped. It is unfair on my side as I am told I should forget about the July statement but I don't understand because yes I paid in July but it was for the August subscription..I need to be refunded both the amounts mentioned and I would like to cut/ cancel my decoder subscription. I don't want anything to do with dstv as it is only a money sucking scheme..I am told I owe R1094. Tomorrow I am told something different.. according to me I owe nothing because both payments do reflect on my dstv statement as per the consultants when I call, but because the debit order returned unpaid then my subscription is stopped..but honestly isn't a service provider supposed to pick payment made from consumers within the 3 days period? This needs to be resolved pls I am unable to view as the explorer is stopped they claim I had not made any payment..but as per my understanding I should have paid only R429 on my initial decoder not R950..please find attached my bank statement. Look on the 25/07/2022 and 27/07/2022 #Please help me dstv is ripping me off..
