Facade Furniture Traders

We prefer supporting local businesses, but severely regret going here. We have contacted Sunrise Furniture Traders in Kuilsriver, Cape Town with our problem on 19 April 2022 regarding the L-shape couch that we had purchased 08 February 2022. They ask for us to send the photos via a whatsapp number given. They said that they would send someone out to access the manufacturing default. We are still waiting, no one has showed up. Contacted them again on the same number that they had provided, twice, 23rd May and 1st July,  received no response. We want our money back and they need to remove their lounge suite. This has caused severe discomfort and major disappointment.
