Dino World Mzansi: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. It's a ****. The photos on their website and Facebook page are from other events, not their own. The dinosaur walks are very short, and the animatronic dinosaurs are in terrible shape and not working properly. Everything there comes at an extra cost, even taking photos of kids inside the plastic dinosaur eggs. The address on their Facebook page is different from the address on their website, and both are incorrect; it took us 40 minutes to find the venue. They don't respond to questions on their Facebook page (there is no "contact us" option on their website), and they delete negative reviews negative comments. Stay. Away. The best part of the 2 hours we spent there was the reptile show.
Went to the Weltevreden branch for a birthday party over the weekend. The food was excellent and the service was amazing! Really, really nice venue. However, the DJ mixing the live music had no idea what he was doing. The music was deafening and several tables complained throughout the afternoon/evening. The performers were great but the mixing was so awful, you couldn't really enjoy the music.
Service in amazing. I was speaking to a consultant online and when she said she'd call me back, she meant it. Right away I got a phone call. Within less than 10 minutes, my policy had been updated!

Possible ****. They advertise for positions on an ongoing basis. Interview process is a mass interview process and not much is said about what the company actually does. Don't waste your time going for an interview. This company is ***** and there are multiple red flags.
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly although it can be difficult to finally get someone on the phone.
I signed up for a monthly subscription over a year ago. I have sent several emails asking for my subscription to be cancelled. I've been promised phone calls and emails but nothing. Debit orders still going off with nothing being delivered. This is an urgent situation and I NEED these debit orders to be stopped and I'm having no luck with their customer service.
Excellent service! I submitted a claim for pet insurance and received a call and email within 12 hours. The claim was processed immediately and confirmed the next day. Everyone I've spoken to/dealt with have been friendly, well-informed and efficient. I would definitely recommend Dotsure for pet insurance.
