Lock stock and beer weltervreden
Lock, stock & beer - weltervreden park. Unfortunately this was an easy go to for us, because we live around the corner, but never again. the owner was completely drunk accused me of starting an issue because a guy who turns out to be her friend from cpt was dancing with my GF. Apparently I was giving him a bad look, meanwhile I was taking videos of my girl and her friend. Nevertheless I was sitting with my friend just watching and she came up and threatened that everyone will **** me up, by this stage I never knew she was the owner. The “other owner” was just as aggressive and the manager and bouncer even apologized for her bad acumen. Shocking way to run a place full of alcohol. Instead of defusing the situation she caused a huge problem that was very unnecessary to begin with. I’m Starting to understand why the place is not as busy as it used to be when it first opened.

LSB Welties has a power hungry rude owner!
I could write a 10-page essay on why this should have 0 stars. But all I'll say is the owner, Candice, is the absolute worst pub owner I have ever met! The staff are absolutely lovely, and any other pubs should scoop them up as they're working for someone who is the worst possible person to be in a leadership position. To summarize, after being told what I can not sing at kareoke one night, I went the next week with the expectations of following the rules. (Which was no Disney songs... Never in my 12 years of going to kareoke have I heard of someone stopping people sing what they'd like or was told what I can and can not sing) but nonetheless I followed this "rule", I did no Disney and was still put on a time out after singing a Queen song... All that was said was, "This girl is really ****ing me off now," and gave instructions to the DJ to "give me a break" and not let me sing for some time. I'm not sure what I did so wrong for her to have a personal vendetta against me. I definitely won't be a customer again!

Great food, great service.
Went to the Weltevreden branch for a birthday party over the weekend. The food was excellent and the service was amazing! Really, really nice venue. However, the DJ mixing the live music had no idea what he was doing. The music was deafening and several tables complained throughout the afternoon/evening. The performers were great but the mixing was so awful, you couldn't really enjoy the music.

Great food, great service.
Went to the Weltevreden branch for a birthday party over the weekend. The food was excellent and the service was amazing! Really, really nice venue. However, the DJ mixing the live music had no idea what he was doing. The music was deafening and several tables complained throughout the afternoon/evening. The performers were great but the mixing was so awful, you couldn't really enjoy the music.

THE AMAZING LSB
Incredible energy and vibe as you walk up to a great ambience and rustic high class place. Waitrons are absolutely amazing and very well trained The food is perfect for the vibe. Drinks are glorious and managers are accommodating and friendly. It's a perfect place for a great weekend out

Complaint for the 17th September
I emailed Lock Stock and Beer regarding a compliant that I hope could be sorted privately between myself and the establishment, however I am yet to receive a response. I have been absolute fan of Lock Stock and Beer for few years now and have regularly gone to your establishment for a great night out, however last night I was absolutely disgusted by the way my friend and I were treated. We arrived at Lock Stock and Beer around 8 o clock on the 17th September 2021. We arrived at the bouncer who would not let us in because we didn't have a booking. I agreed with your bouncer and did not argue with him. However on being declined, two white girls approached your bouncer and expressively stated that they did not have a booking and would like to go through and were let through. They were clearly under age as well and there ID were not checked. We eventually spoke to another bouncer, whom my friend had to speak French to and had no problem letting us in because we were of age (22 and 24) and it was just two of us. Were my friend and I declined at first because she was foreign and I was Asian and as such did not fit the quota for your Friday night? I have spoken to various other people who have had the exact same problem as me. Your establishment is clearly biased and continuous allow underage children in who cannot handle their alcohol. I am very disappointed as this was not the Lock Stock and Beer I went to the first time.
