I will recently filled a complaint about one of the male manager in cresta mall who was unprofessional,just cause I didn't want to date him and sleep with him he declined my cv yet when he called he said he was impress with my cv but the minute I rejected him he said he was looking for a guy yet he took my cv and he saw I'm a female so this unprofessional meaning I'm not first person he has done this too so crocs south Africa must interven cause we can't be using our bodies meaning sleeping with recruiters to get jobs no
My name is Sindiswa, I app**** for job position at crocs in cresta mall which was on the 21/05/2025 I sent my cv and other documents via email than on the 23/05/2025 I got a call from crocs cresta mall the guy didn't introduce himself but he was so unprofessional towards me he asked me where did I get the email I address and I told him from some guy who use to work there than he said to me he saw my cv and it interesting and I said thank you than he asked me if I'm working I told him I'm a brand ambassador /promoter than he said I'm lying and I was like I'm a promoter hence u calling I'm at work than he was like if I want a job I must date him or sleep him I was like no I won't do that cause I app**** for this job using company email address so meaning you called me cause of my resume than cause I rejected him he said I have bad news for you I'm looking for guy rudely soo than he hang up so I need you're help helo Peter cause it means that he didn't hire me cause I rejected his offer so I feel so humiliated and hurt that this how things are done in crocs cresta mall I didn't get his name cause he didn't introduce himself so writting helo Peter to help me and let crocs know how people are being rejected cause of not dating the manager, this was unprofessional so further steps must be taken cause maybe I'm not the only one
to report ill-treatment as a promoter for Tradeway promotion . Despite consistently meeting my targets, I've experienced favoritism, unfair criticism, and unprofessional behavior from my manager,Patricia Zoe even the Hr Melissa hutchons doesn't seem to care about promoters well being cause she said to me the nothing they can do meaning promoters are allowed tobe ill treated so she said she. Doesn't think tradeway promotion can work with me cause they don't want people to voice out we must keep quiet Specific incidents include neptosim favoutisim, she has been treating us promoters badly to that extend most of promoters left cause of her unprofessional behavior and she toxic, she doesn't care about us when she said to me she can't lose her job cause of me thinking I never disappointed her before I'm always available when she needs me this ill treatment started last her cause I'm one person who is not a afraid to voice out if something is wrong and when we have personal problems we arrived to tell her cause she doesn't care Aslong her pockets are full, we have a group chat where if the new activation or campaigns she tell us but she doesn't do that she text her favorites privately than when the little space left she post on the group alot has been happening under her nose last year one of the promoters was dismiss cause of her having natural hair, she critize us about our bodies etc . I've tried addressing these issues internally, but the behavior continues and she calls guyz who are promoters who are her favorite with puppet names(baby, love etc) which is unprofessional I hope Hello Peter can help me resolve this matter and bring attention to the need for improved treatment of promoters within the company and want her tobe removed as a manager or recruiter cause she working with big campaigns and we are the face of the brand so if us as brand ambassadors or promoters are not happy than means she not doing her job, I don't care if u are promoter you don't just dismiss a person without warning so it clear she has personal agenda when it comes to me and the Hr said to when I wrote her an email that she won't tell tell me the is action taken or not so does that has to say about the company cause we as promoters we have rights too we not working cause we bored but cause this kind of job helps us too. When I was absent I tired calling but she didn't take my calls and she did see my miss calls but shows she didn't care , than she posted heinken silver campaign I commented that where she texted me on WhatsApp stating she dismissing me and that she can't lose her job cause of me than I called her and explained what happened and I apologize she didn't care all she was thinking about herslf nobody else as usually, it shows we as promoters we just there to make money for them but they don't care about our well being worse now she bad mouthing me to other recruiters at Tradeway not to book me so i would over her tobe removed in. Big campaign so like Heineken silver, smoothies etc cause she carry on treating promoters like they nobody and Tradeway didn't do anything to me but this one individual Patricia Zoe and for the fact the Hr not willing to take action against her cause we promoters are just contractors nothing more meaning we not important to them and her. Hi I'm Sindi from Soweto Emndeni, I'm not OK I have a problem with Bheki mlangeni district hospital and Baragwanath hospital 🏥 so what happend my grandmother was admitted at Baragwanath hospital because of her leg so dey amptied her leg and didn't operate it than they transfer her to Bheki mlangeni district hospital where she been admitted but now my problem is dey have discharge her without operating her and worse she's in pain, we as a family we not happy cause they should operate her first before discharging so can you kindly help us as the Lukhele family so please help us to get her operated so she can be ok and back home cause we can't allow our grandmother to come back home at that state they must operate her as they are the ones who amptied her leg so I blame Baragwanath hospital for all this pain n trauma that they are putting to us as a family and my grandmother is not coping cause of this
