Pool Shop In Fontainebleau on Maria street opposite to Takealot. They are not taking accountability for the work they have done on my pool pump. I have returned 4 times and the problem still exists. The pump was booked in because it was ran dry and overheated, the pool shop replaced the mechanics and apparently test it in the shop. When I retuned home the incorrect / smaller, fittings was provided to connect the pump to the rest of the pipes as well as the pump didn’t work (No water was sucked by the pump). When I returned they just added more with Plummer type to try to seal the inlet. It didn’t worked. As soon as connect the pump it still didn’t sucked any water. After attempted 3 and 4, they still only add more Plummer type with the hope it will work or I’ll go way. Today I retuned to the shop asking that the technician come with me to the house to see that the pump is not working, the owner then charged a call out fee, even when I told them that the wrong parts wat provided by them and I had to go look for the correct parts. The owner is not willing to take responsibility. The workmanship quality is bad, with no warranty on the work. Upset Customer
