I had a very bad experience with Sanlam credit card money saver call centre . Firstly they spelled my second name wrongly and then when I asked them to change my email address to the new one, they did not want to change and said they cannot do it and have to answer security questions amd hung up the phone, I am not receiving any emails communication with them as a result.
They have a system which has been offline for the past three days and have cut off electricity and when I showed them proof of payment, they refuce to accept it and said they will wait until they are online, while my food in the fridge has s being ruined. Why cut off the service when you cannot tell if the user has paid or not.
