IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO, I WOULD. I TOOK IN MY CAR FOR REPAIRS AND WHEN THEY RETURNED IT, THEY HAD DONE A POOR JOB. THE REAR MIRROR WAS NO LONGER WORKING AFTER REPAIRS. THEY ASKED THAT WE RETURN THE CAR AND THEN WHEN WE DID THEY DAMAGED IT MORE AT OTHER PARTS OF THE CAR THEY WERE NOT INSTRUCTED TO FIX. SUPER DISSAPOINTED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I lodged a third party claim at the beginning of June 2022 and to this day no repairs have been done to my car. The most frustrating part is that the only way I will get feedback regarding my claim, is if I follow up with the brokers and attorneys through calls and emails. If not for that my matter would still be at a standstill. Their services are unhurried and I am extremely dissapointed at their services, to say the least. I would not recommend the garrun group to anyone.
