They couldn't even honour the policy for the last 2 claims I had. It was expressly outlined in the comprehensive policy that I should get a courtesy car during the duration of my claims but they couldn't even honour that.

The "new" Garrun Group is a sad shadow of it's former self where service was a priority; since October 2024 we have had 3 claims - 1 was a window for a vehicle lodged in October which took 8 weeks before that was repaired; next was a watch claim lodged in early November 2024 which was only settled the last week of January 2025; the third claim I cancelled as it was a leaking roof on Christmas eve and I was expected to get 3 quotes to submit before an assessor would be appointed and given that the previous claims had taken in excess of 8 weeks to resolve and we are in peak rainy season, I was not prepared to weather 2 months of storms waiting for Garrun to actually get the wheels in motion. Service, clear communication and professionalism used to be the norm however in the last 24 months they have become slovenly and unaccountable to their clients (with more than 10 years of history with this company, I do believe I can speak from experience), and certainly not worth the broker fees they charge. Then there are their underwriters Renasa who will appoint 2 assessors for each claim and stop just short of a colonoscopy before settling claims. Don't waste your time working with Garrun, it is just not worth the frustration.

Garrun PTA has the best service from the quotation stage to claim, as a first time claimant I would like to extend my gratitude to Nechante,Lianie,Yvette & Charmaine, these ladies were efficient and kept me updated all the times and made this whole experience less stressful, definitely will be sticking with this team.

Garrun PTA has the best service from the quotation stage to claim, as a first time claimant I would like to extend my gratitude to Nechante,Lianie,Yvette & Charmaine, these ladies were efficient and kept me updated all the times and made this whole experience less stressful, definitely will be sticking with this team.

I lodged a third party claim at the beginning of June 2022 and to this day no repairs have been done to my car. The most frustrating part is that the only way I will get feedback regarding my claim, is if I follow up with the brokers and attorneys through calls and emails. If not for that my matter would still be at a standstill. Their services are unhurried and I am extremely dissapointed at their services, to say the least. I would not recommend the garrun group to anyone.

After dealing with your Front office retirement fund administrator, Edna Knipe, we were told that we were being a "nuisance" while following up on a case, after being told to call back in a week, which we did. We have the available recordings for your reference. I cannot believe that this is the type of interaction u have at your front office. Extremely disappointing and I truly hope that no one else has to deal with this lady.
