They couldn't even honour the policy for the last 2 claims I had. It was expressly outlined in the comprehensive policy that I should get a courtesy car during the duration of my claims but they couldn't even honour that.
The shipping experience was great and the site and constant email updates kept me informed. The only thing stopping a 5-star review is because I sent an email to the support to query something and to date nobody has responded.
I make this claim (the one in the headline) because even though I submitted the complaint feedback via KFC's website survey (with the option of being called back) over a week ago, I have yet to hear a peep from KFC. They used to be excellent when responding to my feedback (complaints and compliments alike). But no longer.<br> <br> The complaint was with regards to an incorrect order received from the Rosebank branch. The branch do not answer their telephone' and head office do not respond either.<br> <br> Unless they are all on holiday, in which case, I apologize.
After hearing the advertisement on the radio regarding pre-ordering of the new Samsung phone, I went online to signup for a new contract. The site, itself, is very buggy and it took me 3 times just to get through the lengthy process of supplying all the information. This information included employment details, banking details, etc.<br> <br> Eventually, I managed to get through the process without the site crashing and it confirmed that I qualified for the promotion. After that, I entered the contract details and the Vodacom confirmed both via email and SMS that the contract application has been approved. The email requested that I go online to confirm the order. Unfortunately, the site does not allow me to. Every time I enter in the order details, the site does nothing.<br> <br> I've tried calling Vodacom numerous times today and have spent cumulatively over an hour waiting on hold. So far, Vodacom has provided no other easy way for me to confirm the order that was placed.
