I had a complaint regarding my tyres after my vehicle had gone in for a service. Had the quickest response from James (New car sales agent), who had initially sold me the car. I appreciate how he handled the initial complaint as the first point of contact and how he escalated it. I then dealt with Kabelo Tlailane (Dealer Principal) who handled my complaint with the utmost professionalism. He kept to his promise to get back to me on a certain day , which he did. He kept in contact with me until the complaint was resolved. Thank you to both for the honoring your word and resolving my complaint.
I am so dissappointed with the service from Old Mutual, I requested a withdrawal from my Max Investment on the 10th of the this month for an emergency and to date 24th I still have not recieved anything. My initial investment even had a 3k reduction and I was told that its because of economic instability. I basically lost money with no one even advising me, I had to check and ask myself. I am still waiting for the cash, meanwile I have to borrow money while I have savings. I was told I need to wait for a further 5 days which means that the initial withdrawal days mentioned are not true. I have made a decision that whatever savings I have left I will just have to move them out of Old Mutual and save them elsewhere! This applies to the rest of my family members as well. Also the contact center agents don't even care, I'm so upset at this company and its pathetic service!
