They are hands down the best in the business! The team is well-equipped and boasts massive knowledge and experience. It's the client support that's surprised me the most. I feel like they are members of our team when they respond / attend to our needs. The staff are always in good spirits, which speaks volumes of how well this company is run.
After making a purchase of just over R11 500.00, I returned 2 products. One of which I wanted replaced as it was defective, the other for a refund as it was not what I had expected. The latter was refunded (took exactly a week). When the replacement item came, it was broken too. I then loaded it for a refund on 15 August 2022. I still don't have progress on this and I am not kept in the loop about my funds. I've bought an alternative product already that's how long I'm waiting. I'd have a much better experience if I got out and stood in a queue at a busy shopping centre, who actually says this in 2022? It's appalling.

Hi Dagan.L I'm actually quite furious with the service received from takealot. Firstly, my refund for the baby walker has not been returned to me and it's exactly a week after I returned it. When I paid for the stock, it probably didn't take a week to reflect but I have to wait... Poor! Secondly, is takealot run by robots or human beings? How do I return a broken bin, only to receive a broken bin a week later as a replacement? I guess there wasn't a human around to check that this time I'm not receiving a broken item, again, my payment wasn't broken!!! This is unacceptable and ruined my first takealot experience! I'm better off taking my cash and standing in a queue somewhere to ensure I get what I pay for. I'm sending this to you to give you a chance to make it right because I work in hospitality and we don't always have the opportunity to fix errors. If my issues are not resolved promptly, I will never purchase from takealot again and I will leave a fair review and rating of my experience. Let me know what the outcome of this mail is.
