Please change exclusionary gender options on form

I went to give blood a few days ago and the staff were friendly and professional. However, I noticed that under the "gender" section of the form that I filled out, there were only 2 options: male and female. Please can you change this exclusionary practice to represent people who do not fall under those 2 gender labels?
