My husband logged a call Sunday through our service provider regarding our fibre line being damaged. He got a phone call on Monday at 11:45 saying that a technician was at the gate. He asked them to push the number and we can open.... We are still waiting. We've heard nothing since. This is our second incident since opening our line in December where no service is being provided. Last time we open our line, no communication for 2 weeks until our line got reactivated and connected. Our Vuma Ticket Number is 00558652
Empty promises and I'm so frustrated. I ordered wood 2 weeks ago. Was told they don't have stock and to order it'll take 5 days. No issues. Communication. I go to give my cutting list, yet there is no edging. Now they says another 5 days, I say this is unacceptable. They quickly say 2 days. My edging then arrives 2 days later, my cutting gets done the next day and I get promised after all this extra added time that it'll be delivered Thursday. Thursday morning comes and goes, I drive to Builders Strubensvalley and see where is my order, no it'll come today. So frustrated as Ive taken leave to do this project and no one can help and assist. I get promised that they open at 7am, first delivery goes out at 8am. I don't know if the truck is broken down or they just not operating today. Because my order is still not here. Shocking service. I have spent a lot of money there and yet the customer care is appalling. Stop promising things if you can upheld your standards. Do you have any?
Just had a beard groom at the Blueberry Honeydew branch. They charged me R328. I'm absolutely appalled with the price. Just for a beard trim. I will definitely not come back and will never recommend anyone to come here. For that price you scamming people. If there are hidden costs, your barbers need to inform their customers first that this will be extra before doing their own thing.
