Doesn't work
I have been trying to buy an airline ticket for two days, I have used different cards and different banks, and Icannot pay. I see so many complaints about these peole, why would any vendor use such a useless organisation??

I think this is a scxam. Once you sign up it is impossible to cancel, the number they have put on the web doesn't exit and the instructions they give you to cancel on the app dont work either. BEWARE

Quick, easy and efficient.
I recently signed up for an RA with 10X. I was amazed at how quick and easy it was; all done on-line in a matter of minutes.

BEING RIPPED OF BY FLY SAFAIR
I have made a complaint to the Complaints Commission as I believe they are guilty of blatant price gouging! Fare prices are absolutely outrageous! If you try to change your booking for a domestic flight, you end up paying more for change fees than you did for the original flight. They are taking full advantage of the fact that Mango, Kulula and Comair have ceased trading. I sincerely hope that new airlines will become available and I will never use Fly Safair again!

Useless!
Useless organisation. My booking was rejected over and over for no reason! Their phone lines are so bad you cannot hear what they are saying! First and last time I will use them!
