Good day Miway Thai is a follow up about the repairs to my vehicle which was in an accident on the 29 October 2025 and to date it’s still not fixed. I have contacted the repair service provider and I haven’t gotten any positive feedback from them. I have also contacted Miway twice asking for advice on how my case can be expedited with also no luck and now I’m out of patience because it’s been three months with nothing happening to my car. I constantly have to contact the Service provider requesting update as they do not make any contact with me. I’m really disappointed in Miway because you’re only have one service provider in Cape Town meaning that they are overworked and neglecting clients like me I have also attached screenshots of conversations that I have had with the service provider to show how much I’ve been following up and even as I write this email I’m still waiting on feedback from the service provider. It is really disappointing that such a big company can not find a way to help its client. You can also check your phone records that I have made contact several times to ask for help so my car can be fixed and yet the consultant says they cannot help me since my case is already with a service provider but as my insurance company I feel you need to intervene so my car can be repaired. This is really disappointing to say the least and I wish you can resolve my case as soon as possible because I’ve been waiting more than three months for headlights for my car and the service provider can never give me a definite answer of when the parts will arrive currently I’m right driving a very unstable car and it’s my only means of transport so please advise what must I do, should I stop driving the car and not go to work or are you actually going to help me resolve this matter because I’m really tired of writing emails and calling and nothing is done about it. otherwise I must just write to helloPeter maybe then you will take my case seriously.
