I ordered on the 16/09/2022 there was no communication from Snatcher regarding the delivery of my order. I waited more that 3 WEEKS for my order to arrive. The delay in them communicating is because they did not have stock of one of my items. Why it took them more than 2 weeks to communicate this to me is beyond me. I requested a refund for the out of stock item. I was told this would take 7 days to process. That was on the 30/10/2022, ITS BEEN A MONTH!!! They also sent me 3 incorrect items and one electronic item that does not work! This was reported to them to be collected so that the correct items may be sent and that the broken item may be replaced. This has no been an ADDITIONAL 3 WEEKS WAIT!!! Come on guys this is RIDICULOUS!! I have to send multiple emails before I get a response, and when I do get responses its to one line out of my email and the rest is ignored and unanswered. Do you guys only have one employee because my WORD! Tumelo cannot handle arrangements or manage to actually respond to you. I asked for this to be escalated to the surerior or manager. Which it wasn't, Still stuck dealing with Tumelo. I have been emailing everyday since the 11/10/2022 to find out when the collection of the incorrect items will take place. I was told they are being collected but no date and time was given. I AM STILL WAITING! This has been the most pathetic and disappointing customer service experience I have EVER received. I will be telling everyone about the service I have received and advise people not to buy from your site! You have lost a loyal customer of many years. So disappointed
I am absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service I received. My order was shipped immediately and I received it the next day. I have been stalking their site until the Karu Boots became available in my husbands size. Im over the moon that I get to surprise him with them. I got my pair back in 2017 from Woodheads and they have saved me every winter. They definately need a good clean LOL but i've loved them to death and they are still excellent condition! Perhaps its time to get them in another colour. The craftmanship is really something to brag about. Really really happy! Also wanted to say thank you for the personalised note, that was a really special touch!
Absolutely DISGUSTED in the service we have received from American Swiss Tygervalley!!! HOW CAN YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS LIKE THIS????? You have royally messed up my wedding rings and engagement ring which was all bought from your store. And you would think a name like American Swiss would provide you with excellence and professionalism? WRONG!! so very wrong! We sent my rings in on the 23/07/2022 to be joined and resized. The jeweller assured us this could be done. We approved the repair as the jeweller and the sales lady assured us this can be done. WELL... were we in for a major surprise when we went to collect my ring on the 09/08/2022. The jeweller joined my rings SKEW!!! Now HOW on earth is this acceptable??? The jeweller sent NO notes explaining the disaster we were met with when we viewed my ring. Please tell me who wants to walk around with a skew ring set?? The jeweller assured us it could be done. WHY when he was aligning the rings and saw they were skew did he not contact us or the store to inform us of this??Why did he proceed to butcher my ring set. We would NEVER have approved the job. We did not accept the repair and requested it be fixed. The rings were sent back to the jeweller and 2 weeks later I was told to come collect my ring. And GUESS WHAT? The jeweller did absolutely nothing to repair the pathetic workmanship. He simply sent back a note stating that my rings could not be aligned because my rings that were bought as a set were not the SAME?? the 9ct White Gold Scalloped Anniversary Ring set (SKU ID:36203417) which can STILL be bought in their stores. When we bought the engagement ring and anniversary band set we were assured that they could be joined if we so wish. Now was that just to complete a sale??? Because as we clearly now see this was a complete lie! This jeweller is apparently incompetent . My rings cannot be returned to me until the jeweller receives payment. For what?? Ruining my wedding rings, its an eye sore and you cannot ignore it. You immediately notice how skew it is. We have been waiting a week to hear back from the General Manager and it has been radio silence. Just more messing us around. This is an heirloom. It represented one of the happiest days of my life. And now I will have to pay who knows what to repair your incompetant jewellers work with a jeweller who is actually fit to do the job. I trust this issue will be dealt with the UTMOST urgency.
