I am trying to get a loan but the demand for money to get certificates and then for IMF code to have money transferred just seem to be too much for a legit transaction. Anybody with similar experience?

Hydro Rubber
Approx. 3 years ago my roof was done by Hydro Rubber to weathergaurd it. Recently I noticed that oxidation patches are evident on the roof, as well as rain stains on the interior ceiling. Ive contacted them and an agent came to assess the work. Hydro Rubber agreed to redo the work and a job well done by a capable young man, Jurie Loggenberg. With employees such as this a company can only succeed.
