I cannot express the level of gratitude i have for this company, especially Liza and Lenette and their team... i invested in a Net1 Highback in 2015, awesome quility product. had some issue with the spring in 2019 and they replaced the whole chair with the latest model under warranty... recently i asked for a replacement seat and to do it with fabric, and the service was speedy and perfect workmanship. shortly after i had an issue with the adjustment mechanism, and they promptly dropped a demo unit off to take mine in for repair.. 1 day later they are replacing it once again with a new unit.... Amazing Company, with an actual Warranty that is worth your investment! you cannot go wrong with one of their products Thank you Ergotherapy!
