negative experience with Volvo Hillcrest. It's unfortunate that I had to deal with such an unprofessional dealership. Volvo Hillcrest did not fulfill their obligation to settle the outstanding amount on my car loan. This is a clear breach of their responsibility and a major inconvenience for me, as it can negatively impact my credit score and financial well-being. It's unacceptable that a dealership would neglect such an important part of their service, and it raises serious questions about their commitment to their customers. It's evident that they have failed to provide me with the quality service I deserve. Overall, I would not recommend Volvo Hillcrest based on my experience. It's disappointing that they have not upheld their responsibilities and have put me in such a difficult position.
PEER CARRIM ATTORNEYS & CONVEYANCERS I am totally appalled and astonished by your absolute lack of service. Our client, the Sellers, signed the transfer documents sent to them by yourselves in the UK, firstly they were advised that all documents need to be notarized which is most definitely not the case, your firm is ill advised, this would’ve cost our client in excess of R20 000.00. The documents were then couriered and arrived at OR Tambo, despite your firm being advised to collect the transfer documents, and notwithstanding countless requests by myself and the Sellers, they remained uncollected for over 2 weeks. When liasing with Donna as well as her supervisor, their attitude is lethargic and callous which adds to the overall delay, they are extremely unprofessional and put the phone down in my and the Sellers ear. Your firms outright lack of service is delaying four linked transaction and causing prejudice to all parties involved. We demand that you expedite this matter, keep us updated and attend to the finalization thereof on an urgent basis.
