At our last service, we had an exceptional customer experience. We were advised to address some concerns before our next service date. For the past month, we have been trying to obtain updated quote in order to proceed. We have had absolutely no response. Come on guys, this is business to you and us trying to address concerns that were raised by you at last service. Pretty simple.

So today I received the most fantastic prize from FMGH- I received my mouse pad. It is fabulous!!!! all it is, is a piece of cardboard stuck on a piece of rubber and the cardboard has the Fiat Logo on. Thank you so much Fiat for your amazing prize in the spin and win competition. I have never had such poor service and quality prizes from any institution before!!!

This review is not just about FMGH Hillcrest, but FMGH in general. About two weeks ago I saw an advert on Internet saying there was a mother's day competition where you could go to an FMGH branch and test drive a car and then spin the wheel and win a prize. So on the Friday I phoned FMGH Hillcrest and set up an appointment for Saturday morning at 11. We'll, I got there and the receptionist was firstly very unfriendly and looked like she'd eaten lemons for breakfast, she was so sower. Secondly she knew nothing about the competition and my name was no where to be found. There was an African gentleman there as well, which she eventually asked about the competition. He wasn't much friendlier and was very apathetic and slow in shedding information about the competition. Eventually an bubbly Indian gentleman came through and assisted me. So we spun the wheel and it stopped on a prize, which really was not the type of prize that you would give for such a prestigious competition as a mother's day competition. Anyway we went for the test drive and came back and we spun the wheel again, it once again landed up on the same prize. Between myself and the salesman we tried about twenty times and it only gave us the selection of two prizes. Now, there had been no one in at all until I went in so not a prize had been given out. Anyway no matter how many times you spun the wheel it stopped on the same two prizes!!!! Was this a fair competition? No!!!! Should each branch had equal number of prizes? Yes!!!! Well, this was not the case, therefore it was a rigged competition. I then phoned the Hillcrest Branch on Monday and asked to speak to the manager/ess. I couldn't as she was in a meeting. So I got her name and I emailed her the complete details of what transpired. So she emails me back and asks for my phone number to get the details. Excuse me!!!! I have just emailed you All the details, what do you need???. So I phone her and I get excuses and she tells me that she will contact the head office, which she duly did. It then took the headoffice two days to contact me and again after my email being sent from the Hillcrest branch to them, want my phone number to get the details. Can they not read!!!! When I've they've been sent the details. They then lie about the competition that I saw. They send me a completely different one that has nothing about the mother's day competition on it!!! I have now constantly sent Bronwyn, the Hillcrest manageress and Kubashini from head office emails. They have not bothered to even acknowledge the fact that they have received the emails and they have not bothered to acknowledge that the competition was rigged. My first email was on the 15th of May and to date, it is now the 24th of May, they have not bothered to sort out the competition. I have found that they have **** and FMGH are not prepared to own up. It is excuse after excuse. Not even an apology for my experience was offered!!!

negative experience with Volvo Hillcrest. It's unfortunate that I had to deal with such an unprofessional dealership. Volvo Hillcrest did not fulfill their obligation to settle the outstanding amount on my car loan. This is a clear breach of their responsibility and a major inconvenience for me, as it can negatively impact my credit score and financial well-being. It's unacceptable that a dealership would neglect such an important part of their service, and it raises serious questions about their commitment to their customers. It's evident that they have failed to provide me with the quality service I deserve. Overall, I would not recommend Volvo Hillcrest based on my experience. It's disappointing that they have not upheld their responsibilities and have put me in such a difficult position.

Ordered a part for my Fiat Doblo gave the correct part number and received the wrong part. Then it was argued that the new part will fit even after I sent evidence that it does not fit. No apology nothing was told a new part will take about 30 days to arrive as they don't have the part I asked for!I don't have a alternative vehicle and this is my work vehicle
