A few weeks ago, I published a review regarding a credit card message that I kept on getting from Capitec and they responded saying they would be in contact with me. They were in contact with me A WEEK LATER!!!!! Then i chatted to a lovely lady Nicole on whatsapp and she asked me to send the message to a certain email address, which I did. They then said they would contact me, I AM STILL WAITING!!!! Now every time I try and use that same email address all that happens is that I get a reference number for my communication. I now have about 5 different reference numbers!!!!But not one person has bothered to contact me. I am so disappointed as Capitec is my main Bank and I have been with them for many years now and this is the way I get treated!!!! This is incredibly poor service. I'm actually shocked that they could act in this manner to one of their loyal customers. I am going into the bank this afternoon and I am going to ask for my credit card that I have been promised and if it isn't delivered this matter is going to be taken further. It is going to go to Carte Blanche as well as the newspapers and the Ombudsman. I'm tired of empty promises from service providers. Please sort this out before 3:30 pm today.
More than a month ago I wrote to fresh stop customer care due to poor service at fresh stop Bulwer Park in Glenwood Durban and I also wrote a review on this platform. I received an email from customer care saying that they were investigating the situation and would come back to me. Well, I'm still waiting. Since I complained about their poor service nothing much has changed. Last night I went in to get some chips to discover their chips had gone up. No notices to say that prices had increased anywhere. The staff who know me did not mention that the price had gone up and also the staff are still as lethargic as ever. Whoever has this franchise needs to do something regarding their staff and management. It is usually a busy place but if nothing is done it is going to lose its appeal. Fresh Stop customer care you need to wake up and take care of your customers. If nothing is done, this will be taken to the Berea Mail. I'm tired of always being faced with bad service especially over weekends at this particular Fresh Stop.
Yesterday, I decided to go and shop at Westville Mall. I have always found it a pleasant shopping centre to shop at. WEL!!!!! This was not the case yesterday. I first of all went into Checkers. It was dirty, the products were incorrectly marked, there were products that were not there and the staff didn't even know that they sold them, the products were in the incorrect places, There were products on the shelves and with no prices and none of the staff that were around knew what the prices were. I was busy speaking to a manageress and whilst speaking to her in the middle of my sentence she just started speaking to another staff member, The products in the butchery you had to look all over for. Some of the things I asked for the staff didn't even know that they existed.Oh yes and then while in one of the isles I almost got run over by one of the staff and their trolleys going to put things on the shelf and no apolgy in the least. Then you get to the till and the cashier is too busy speaking to the packer to hear anything you say and just doesn't even greet. THEN!!! I went into Woolworths, WELL!!!! the cashier didn't even greet me and couldn't get me away from her till quick enough!!!! THEN!!!! I went into clicks. Here I once again almost got run over by one of the staff with their trolley's going to fetch goods and no apology, actually just a dirty look from them. I then went to the till and I was standing waiting to get called. I got called, but was never greeted, but the person behind me was greeted in their language. The cashier then had the audacity to ask me to rate his service. THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. when there was actually no service. Then to make matters worse I was going to my car and a car guard came running to me. I asked me where my car was and he didn't know at all, he then followed me to see where I was parked because he wanted money from me. He didn't help me pack my car or anything and when I gave him a tip, he went off without saying thank you and actually didn't even help me out of my parking. I don't think any of my friends or family will be going there again to shop!!!!
Spar at Village Mall Glenwood, your service is very poor and there is never anyone on the floor to assist you. Your staff are unfriendly as well. I went in the other day looking for Spar 2 litre fruit juice and it was out of stock and there were no notifications anywhere to say that it was out of stock. I once again went in about a week later and still no stock and no notifications to see anywhere. You have your staff advertising different products on the floor, but where they are standing they are blocking the customers way. we also don't like the fact that they are shouting out about the product. It can be done quietly, we are not in a market, we are in an established shop at an established shopping centre. It has also not been very clean when I have been in there lately.
I would just like people to know that Automax Pinetown is the most amazing place to have your services done. All the mechanics are always willing to assist you and their prices are reasonable as well. Thank you, Mike and your team, for always delivering top notch service.
A while back I went into Pick 'n Pay at the Westville Junction. Well, I was so impresses with the service I received. They couldn't assist me enough in every way. Even the manager helped me when I couldn't get my Smart shopper card to work on their machne. Well done Pick 'n Pay Westville Junction
A few weeks ago I went to Fresh Stop in Bulwer Park Durban to buy some hot chips. I was not satisfied with them and had to wait for more than an hour and a half to see a manager because he had not arrived at work on time. The reason apparently was because he'd had to work late the night before at the garage. I was shocked that his boss had even allowed this to happen. I know that you would get time off, but not when you have to actually work on a particular day. You will get that time back at another stage. Any way the manager was very rude and made it as if everything was my fault. He obviously doesn't know the saying 'the customer is always right'. The chips had been made in old oil and they were awful. This manager didn't even know how to change the oil!!! How do you work in a place that makes food as a manager and don't even know how to change the oil. Any way I contacted Fresh Stop customer service and they said they'd get back to me. Well, I'm still waiting!!!! If this is how the customer care operates, no wonder their staff operate in the same way.
This morning I went to Fresh Stop, Bulwer Park to get some chips. I always enjoy their chips and it is normally my Saturday treat. Well, today they were awful as the oil was stale. I asked at the Grill and Go how often they change the oil and she said once a week on a Sunday. This was a shock to me as for a week their customers are being given the same stale oil!!!! I then looked for a manager to speak to and there was no manager. There was supposed to be a manager there, but he wasn't there because apparently he had worked late last night so he had asked his boss to come in late. It's fine coming in late, but then there needs to be someone there to cover you, which there wasn't and the staff were also on a go slow. When the manager did come in, everything I said he had an excuse for!!!! I eventually got angry and he had the audacity to make it look like I was in the wrong. I am not the person to take on!!!! I'm tired of how companies try to pull the wool over their customers eyes!!! Fresh Stop Bulwer Park, pull your socks up and get back to the standard that a Fresh Stop should have. This is now about the fifth or sixth time I'm complaining about your shocking service!!!
I have an African Bank account that you can get rewards with. Except I can't get my rewards and no-one at the bank is able to help me and I can't get on either the app or on internet banking as it won't allow me on. I have done everything they told me to do, including re-registering, but to no avail. To try and phone the help centre takes forever as they take forever to answer their phones. Please can someone assist me so I can get my money from the rewards
I always have a pleasant experience no matter which Pep I go into and I frequent Pep at Musgrave Centre, Pavilion as well as Glenwood Village Mall. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they always greet you. Well done Pep.
