After being with the company for several years, I had an attempted break-in. I contacted them, and asked that a salesperson or technician come see me regarding some upgrades. Eventually two response officers were sent to see me. I requested some info from them, which they could not give, and said that their technical guy would contact me. More than a week later nothing. I then called in asking to speak to a technician, and he then told me that I would hear from him after he spoke to the response officers that saw me. More than a week later... No joy. I called again, asking to speak to someone in management, and was directed to a P.A. She finally got someone to call me, but still not resolved. Extremely disappointed. As the saying goes, " you can't complain about the service, if there is none!" Here's hoping......
