My husband went Sept 2021 for his trade test, after 4 days when it came to the tests it was on a Thursday, they told him they are closing early cause the friday is a public holiday, they will arrange with him a new date in 2022 to complete the test, he got a new date for today and upon arrival he waited almost 5 hours for assistance, the guy giving the training said that he wasnt informed that my husband was coming today and that they lost all his papers, they couldnt even find him on the system, they told him he need to pay another R25 000 and need to come and do everything from scratch again This is unacceptable and pathetic
