Satisfactorily resolved.
After publishing my complaint on Hellopeter, Hydro rubber have contacted me and the problem has been resolved satisfactorily.

WARRANTY SHOCK.
The warranty is misleading and of doubtful value as the written warranty which finally arrived almost 3 months after the work was completed and fully paid for, contains surprising disclaimers not mentioned beforehand. Agent has been paid in full but is no longer contactable.
