Dear Courier Guy, I booked a waybill yester (31st) and it was collected this morning the 1st of February, i did not however know that it had already been collected nad wanted to change the waybill so i cancelled it to make a new waybill. When i created the new waybill i was told by the sender that the goods had already been collected this morning on the waybill that has since been cancelled, when speaking on whatsapp to Phumzile she did everything in her power to not assist me but to try and hinder me from determining where the parcel is so i could make out a new waybill. To this moment i do not know where my parcel is and what is going to happen with it. I spoke with Phumizile from Durban on the Whatsapp chat line and am uttely disgusted by the way she handled this issue.
Thes guys are on another level, bought online on a Saturday, booked overnight on Sunday, picked up on Monday in my hand on Tuesday ! Legends!
Stratum approved a GAP claim of R9582.42 but only paid out R7487.69. I still have NOT received the balance of R2094.73 ! CLM-1254940-Y3Q3 absolute nightmare dealing with this company.
