My Nayax app was showing my machine to be offline since last week Wednesday. I called in day after day trying to get help but this was futile! Until I spoke to John exactly a week later, you can imagine the frustration I was under! John was out of the office at the time but promised to call me back and so he did. He gave me feedback on what he had done and went as far as sending me screenshots! He even got to the root of the problem in less than 15 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable,showed empathy and definitely left me feeling like I was valued as a client. Because of him my faith in the company has been restored.
I was so badly treated by the CCMA in Vereeniging! My case went for a conciliation on the 23rd of Jan and my employer and I could not reach a solution that suited us both, then I app**** for arbitration on the same day. I was then told the CCMA has up to 90 days to release a date for arbitration, I waited and waited with the hope that I will get a date and with my mind at ease as I trusted the organization to be at the very least, fair to employees as they are supposed to be advocates for fair treatment in the workplace. To my dismay I was shocked when I called months later, as I still had not received a date, to learn that my case was never escalated to arbitration stage. To top it all off, my efforts to communicate with representatives at the branch have been in vain. Emails are not rep**** and nobody just seems to care. This is shocking to say the very least as the commission is our very last hope as employees to get some sort of justice when comes to fighting for our rights as employees.
The service from this company is appalling. I was debited 4 times my normal monthly fee and when i called to inquire about this ridiculous amount I their agent was not knowledgeable and could not explain the amount herself. I kept asking for the reference number of the call but instead of giving it to me she kept placing my call on hold until eventually she hung up on me. Her attempt to explain was this amount was that I had an add on channel and when i explained to her that i never requested any add ons, she told me that it was system generated and was not done by any of their consultants so i was liable for the ridiculous amount they charged. This is absurd and day light robery.
