I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred on 17/10/2025 at the Eastgate e-hailing zone. My vehicle was wheel-clamped by your rude security personnel. The clamping appeared to be used as a punitive measure rather than a proper enforcement action. There was no clear signage warning of clamping, and I was not given any prior notice.Shoting Ye BABA! YeBABA... is not an instruction to move my car. No clear instructions was ever given. He was just proving a point. I'm currently waiting for management at control room losing earns. As an active e-hailing driver for Uber, I was parked briefly in the designated zone while attending to a passenger request.
I had to stop trading with QuickTrade due a brokerage fee / commission being taken from my Live spreads account in April . When asked for clarity on that, at first they were vague - I felt robbed . I can take losing a trade but being charged incorrectly is something else. So I let it go... until today. When I reached out for clarity again I got copy and paste answers from the Operations Manager and finally a PDF of the Summary fee schedule. The Summary fee schedule which shows the pricing of commission etc. It is mentioned on the agreements documents I had agreed to but is no where to found on my Portal/ dashboard. NB. the Information or document 'Summary Fee Schedule' can only be found on their website. Their Portal has some documents but not all documents needed, like I thought. Hence I still feel robbed R432.86 commission on 1 lot size USD equality is bit too much! If you are planning to trade with Quicktrade with please go through your documents- especially the pricing.
