I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in February 2024 through a cash transaction, and the entire experience has been disappointing. The dealership took an unreasonably long time to provide the required registration documents, and by May 2024, I found myself driving an unlicensed vehicle. When stopped by law enforcement, I was informed that the temporary replacement license provided was *******, resulting in a R500 fine. Despite their commitment to settle the fine, the dealership failed to do so. Due to the significant delays in receiving my vehicle’s license, the roadworthy certificate had to be redone. A process I was assured would be quick took over 7 hours to complete, adding to the frustration. Additionally, I live two hours away from the dealership and had to make four separate trips in person to resolve these issues which resulted in a significant loss of income. After months of ongoing communication and delays, I finally received the appropriate licensing and ownership documents at the end of July 2024. The dealership’s lack of professionalism, failure to fulfil their commitments, and the considerable inconvenience they caused reflect poorly on their service. I would not recommend them to other potential customers.
Andrew and Sonja renovated my small home including a total overhaul of kitchen and bathroom. The outcomes exceeded my expectations. Building delays were unavoidable in my case, and the team was thoughtful and communicative going far beyond the call of duty. Since the major renovation in 2021 I have continued to use Andrew and Sonja for a number of smaller tiling and electrical projects. I highly recommend them.
