Our basset puppy, Butternut, had a terrifying bout of hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, and we had to admit her to Bakenkop Clinic at 1 AM. She stayed for a few nights, and we were so impressed by the care she received. The team sent daily updates with photos and videos, which truly put our minds at ease. On top of that, they even went the extra mile to communicate directly with our medical insurance company, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process for us. You absolutely cannot leave your fur child in better hands! In short, their service was nothing less than 5-star. Highly recommend!
