Worst experience ever. I order online and have everything delivered to me. My order came in a damaged food box. Once I ordered all items were in stock. As i opened up my order I noticed that something was missing, order two packs of chilli powder and only received one. Reason for ordering two was one for me and the other for my parents. Send a mail got back a quick response (was impressed with that) the they tell me that they didn't have stock and decided to give my a different size than the once I ordered but only received 1 and not two. The 1 pack is cheaper than what I paid for the two separate packs. Spice emporium did not informed me at all or asked if they can change my order they did this without my knowledge or go ahead. Now they are refusing to refund me the difference or deliver and ekstra pack of chilli powder. They just stopped answering my emails and is now ignoring me. Most ********* experience I ever had on order anything online. You can not decided to give a customer something els that is cheaper than what the customer paid for without informing the customer and refuse to refund them for the difference. Its not the customers fault that you are out of stock. The product was in stock upon ordering. Will never order again form this place and will make sure that I can inform everyone I can about my experience so that they can purchase at a different place that will not do the customer in at all.
