I'm very happy with the service received, the quality of the goods as well as the short delivery time. I was nervous at first because of all the negative reviews, but I know people will complain before they compliment. They will more likely write about a bad experience before a good one. So I am here to say that I had a good experience and I loved dealing with IBO. My babys Christmas clothes came before the delivery time and in time for Christmas and they are beautiful :) Its a risk I took and I am happy and impressed
I’m highly disappointed in Rebecca. She was so nice and kind to us when my partner decided to do a course there. But now she doesn’t respond to calls or emails about when he will receive his certificate and it’s almost 2 months later. She responds to the emails about the money she owes us expecting us to fill in a form for a small amount she can see we overpaid, but does not respond to emails or calls about when he will receive his certificate. I am highly disappointed because for such a big company, if you have a delay in when certificates are issued, please HAVE THE DECENCY to let people know. This is not the first review about the delays in your certificates. We pay a lot to study at your institute. Atleast have decency for people and let us know that getting a certificate here will take 1 million months guys!!!
Yoh I don’t like your shop, I was supposed to get a refund of R171 and after fighting for it, I got a refund of R150. So it’s a small amount but that’s how petty it is for you guys to keep my R21. When I asked about it now the story changed, all of a sudden the delivery of my tv stand went up by R20. It’s ok, continue to love money. You can keep my R20 and buy yourself coldrink 🥤
I hate Mafadi Holdings especially the people that failed to help me at this business, namely Rofhiwa, I think he's in Finance or a credit controller as well as Freddy the building manager of The Galleria in Florida Goldman street. I moved out as of the 1st of July and even up until now I still don't have proof of the exit inspection done and it is already the 28th of the month. I called their offices twice and was promised a call back by Rofhiwas boss and this never happened. I got told she was in a meeting and stuff like that. Both Freddy and Rofhiwa have given me disgusting customer service and even when I Whatsapp them they would honestly just blue tick me. I was promised by Rofhiwa the copy of the exit inspection by Monday morning and he continues to ignore my Whatsapp messages up until now. Which is such disgusting service. I would like every one to know about the putrid and disgusting service I received from these two members and how I never got anywhere because they keep looking for excuses not to pay me my deposit money.

Hi Wonga Wonga still appears on my credit score as though I am owing, please advise when this will be removed. I was told 7/14 working days and its been more than a month!!! I am applying for bonds and I keep getting declined for a loan I paid off years ago, but you guys still have not removed anything from my credit score. U can't tell you how much I hate wonga right now. You guys have WRONGLY affected my credit score for yeas
Hello You told me that I would have feedback in 7/14 days that you have cleared your account from my credit profile and it has been longer than that. I need feedback urgently.
I am very upset and disappointed at Wonga, why does it still show that I am owing you guys on my credit record, but I have paid what was owed in full in 2019 and I even received a paid up letter.. Please advise, because this has a very negative impact on me when I try to apply for credit.. As you can imagine
Im am so disappointed @wonga_ZA for their poor service, I paid up their account 2016/08/26 and I even have a paid up letter confirming this after asking about 1000 times for the paid up letter. I have sent several requests for them to close the account so that it does not appear as though I am still owing, but they decided to mess up my credit score which has affected me obtaining credit FOR 6 YEARS.. For YEARS I have been begging them to remove this and they always promise to sort this issue but nothing have been done, as a result my home loan and any loans I try to take are ALWAYS declined cause their account is dropping my score. @wonga_ZA I am so disappointed and you guys do not even answer emails.
