Bye bye Sorbet!
I have had multiple waxes from Sorbet in the past and there has never been a problem. On the 22nd of October 2023, I had a Brazilian wax done by one of the beauticians at Stellenbosch Sorbet branch. I will not mention her name. It was the most painful wax I have ever received. The wax hadn’t properly dried and the beautification was ripping it off. A Brazilian wax should take 30 minutes (according to your app) and mine was done in 17 minutes. It’s evident that the beautician was rushing (for whatever reason) which resulted in causing me great pain. I believe she has ripped my skin off as the next day (23 October, 2023)and many days following, my skin is/was extremely red and sore. It is painful to even touch the area lightly and it is throbbing. I am extremely disappointed in the service and at this current moment I won’t be returning nor will I recommend Sorbet services to anyone else. I had emailed my complaint the next day and still have not received any response. I am extremely disappointed in both customer service and the treatment I was provided.

Sickening Service from Cellphone Surgeon
I got my iPhone screen repaired in June, not even 3 months later my screen was broken again. There is a 12 month warranty regarding the screen repair but apparently the damage was not under warranty - how convenient. The technician could not give any indication what this so called damage was and I am well aware that I had done nothing to my screen. There is no after sale customer care and their 12 month warranty is a sham. DO NOT RECOMMEND and if there was an option I’d give Cellphone surgeon 0 stars.
