I bought my Mazda 2 vehicle at Eagle Mazda in Bramley, Jhb in July 2021. The service received when purchasing my vehicle was absolutely great. I am originally from Port Elizabeth however moved to Gauteng 4 years ago. It is now a year later and I need to renew my license disk and I am unable to. I went to the post office to renew my disk and I was told my vehicle is registered in Port Elizabeth and not Gauteng???? Bear in mind, I have received a GP license plate not an EC license plate. I am also unable to renew my disk in PE because I have a GP number plate. I am told to change my license plate to EC in order to get my license disk, how pathetic is this? Now, I contact Mazda and inform them of this and all I'm told is they cannot help me, the issue is not on their side, I must go to the traffic department to sort it out. But when I purchased my vehicle from Eagle Mazda use were extremely helpful and now I am sitting with this issue because of Mazda I must just sort it out myself? I am so so inconvenienced, I do not have time to stand at the traffic department for an issue that was not my fault. I am now stuck without a vehicle because I cannot renew my disk in either Gauteng or Port Elizabeth. My proof of residence that was submitted to Eagle Mazda was my Johannesburg address, I have all the email trails to prove this. I am so disappointed in the service received from Eagle Mazda regarding this issue. I am now liable to fix this when this was supposed to be checked before releasing my vehicle. Can Eagle Mazda please assist me CORRECTLY to get this issue resolved? i refuse to sort this out as this is time-consuming and ultimately, this issue lies with Eagle Mazda! 079 671 7392
