I took my Mazda CX5 for a minor service (R4 600) which I trust was properly executed. I asked them to check my battery, and I needed to replace the battery (+R2 400). They advised that my wiper blades needed replacement which I agreed to (+R600). Everything was done in order, however, the following day when we used the car, both my outside mirrors were not working (did not fold in when the car was locked or the button was pushed). I managed to get the left mirror working again, but the right mirror was faulty. I took the car back to the dealership and, needless to say, the dealer would not accept any responsibility or error on their side contributing to the fault (e.g. doing something silly while changing the car's battery) and blamed the sudden malfunction on normal wear & tear which is totally beyond my comprehension as whatever happened affected both mirrors, just one more damaged than the other - I had to dock up a further R1800 for the repair. What chance do the public have to fight these idiots who can force you to pay for their errors - trust in this dealership- gone!

Amazing service from start to finish. The salesman Armand assisted me every step of the way with the purchase of the vehicle. No task was to big or impossible and made the experience of buying a new vehicle memorable. This is the fourth vehicle I bought from them throughout the years and will keep on going back due to there service and deals that they offer. Will really recommend this dealership when it comes to buying any vehicle.

Good day I have been dealing with one of your agents to get my warranty extended. I was rushed into making a payment, signing documentation and applying for the application to avoid cut off. I did everything as required on my side and the agent did not clarify until a phone call now 27/03/2024 at 10:23 from 011 531 3035 that I need to wait a month in order to know if I am in fact covered or not. Should I have had this information, I could have approached a company that provides an immediate approval so that I do not have the negative effect of having a lapse in cover. I do hope that this does not impact me if the cover is rejected. I would like to request a copy of the phone call with this agent as she handles it disgustingly. Raising her voice at me, getting worked up and demanding that she has been forthcoming with the information. The more I requested that she speak to me decently as her client and calm down, the more disrespectful she became. She ended the call with dropping the call on me as I was saying goodbye and wishing her a good day. Highly unimpressed with this level of service.

I regret the day I bought my car Mazda 2..the service sucks xem to the core... I hate Mazda with everything in me. Today I had to pay R2300 that I have never budget for without my consent.... And the sales man said he will keep my car if I don't pay the money... I had to do a temporary loan just so I can pay them. MAZDA had just proven to me that every time I visit their offices I must come with a man coz yoh!. Basically the is no day that I go there and come back happy. My car has been making noise from the time I bought it and they said no that how the Mazda 2 are... Then boom now that I have to service the car my self they are telling me to change the clutch for R4000 something.

I bought my Mazda 2 vehicle at Eagle Mazda in Bramley, Jhb in July 2021. The service received when purchasing my vehicle was absolutely great. I am originally from Port Elizabeth however moved to Gauteng 4 years ago. It is now a year later and I need to renew my license disk and I am unable to. I went to the post office to renew my disk and I was told my vehicle is registered in Port Elizabeth and not Gauteng???? Bear in mind, I have received a GP license plate not an EC license plate. I am also unable to renew my disk in PE because I have a GP number plate. I am told to change my license plate to EC in order to get my license disk, how pathetic is this? Now, I contact Mazda and inform them of this and all I'm told is they cannot help me, the issue is not on their side, I must go to the traffic department to sort it out. But when I purchased my vehicle from Eagle Mazda use were extremely helpful and now I am sitting with this issue because of Mazda I must just sort it out myself? I am so so inconvenienced, I do not have time to stand at the traffic department for an issue that was not my fault. I am now stuck without a vehicle because I cannot renew my disk in either Gauteng or Port Elizabeth. My proof of residence that was submitted to Eagle Mazda was my Johannesburg address, I have all the email trails to prove this. I am so disappointed in the service received from Eagle Mazda regarding this issue. I am now liable to fix this when this was supposed to be checked before releasing my vehicle. Can Eagle Mazda please assist me CORRECTLY to get this issue resolved? i refuse to sort this out as this is time-consuming and ultimately, this issue lies with Eagle Mazda! 079 671 7392

I am currently in the process of trying out cars and would like to thank Mazda Bramley for their prompt service and for NK coming out on a public holiday to assist. The cars are important, but as important for new sales are the people who assist.
