Utter useless there collection department. This is the second complaint/review on this because a person is just getting nowhere. A new case was opened because they lost or something the first case despite all the info. With the new and second case I spoke to Modjadji Machethe that insured me things would be deferent and get resolved. Its been a week later with no communication, no responding to my follow up mails. Just nothing. I send the correct information you requested please respond or do your job.
Money got deducted from my cheque card regarding from DSTV as a recurring that was not approved with DSTV. I reported it to FNB and was advise to firstly request for refund once the money clears on DSTV side. I waited some time and contacted DSTV to that the have no record of this amount or any payment made. After this I responded to FNB email with the telephonic file of the call between myself and DSTV agent stating the information and whatsapp messages. Stating they can proceed. I have tried to find out the status of this matter, but I keep on getting the run around from FNB with no response on the email with all the information. The amount that was deducted may not be a lot to the, but its a lot to me.
On the 22nd of December I used PayJustNow at a Toys R Us, firstly there was a problem with using them to buy, after a long battle there was a work around. Because it was more than I five days before the 2nd payment was due I wanted to request if the 2nd payment can be extended because being December this fell in the same salary month, they just plain refused. This also being when they where still small they assisted me once before with the same request. I still haven't even received feedback from them on the last email. And talking about email, its impossible to get hold of them for any assistance. The respond to emails more than a week later, you wait more than 20min on the chatbot and can't even get hold of them on telephone. They have really lost that customer service than what they had in the beginning. They don't relies they are not the only company with the same service anymore. Really got to big for there own good.
Over the weekend we went into Boma Lynnwood as we where in the area. The option of chicken wasn't very large and took some wings. Straight from there we went home and placed the chicken wings in the freezer. Two days later we took them out for cooking but when we opened them you couldn't believe the smell. Even when removing them the wings was green at the bottom of the package. Sorry but will never get meat there again.
About a month I took out a loan, I was informed by asking that I can request a lower interest rate if possible ones the loan is paid out. Since then I have tried to do this request. Every time I call and select the department and approving my information I get cut off. They even called afterword twice regarding the loan, when I do the request with person, they state its not there department and transfer me but the same, I get cut off. The second time they said someone will call, but nobody did. I tried again today and same story.
Its a very nice checkers at menlyn to shop at, but unfortunately the experience was ruined once I wanted to leave with a certain trolly. I did my monthly grocery shopping there, so had many parcels, just to be told by security I can't leave with the trolly. I rep**** how must I carry all these items then. The security was very rude replying to take the other type of trolly. Now I have to move all my items and parcels to another trolly, how ridicules is that. If the can only put up a sign when entering regarding these trollies, not just at the exit. These shops really need to get there security also under control, the rudeness could loose them business. They have lost mine.
Please be cautious using this web site. Something doesn't seem legit. I ordered a product on the 6th of August and have had problems ever since. First I didn't receive a tracking number, but got a email that they are still waiting for payment despite that I already EFT the money. I send them a message via the website and received a response to send through the proof of payment and sign a form, and that I will receive the tracker number shortly. I'm still waiting. I send another email after about a week, the response was they waiting for there supplier. I requested a refund and send them my banking details as the requested. I'm still waiting. Now they aren't even replying to the emails. So something seems wrong. Can't even get hold of the person called Ardy as shown on the emails.
My vehicle was send to a service provider they recommended to repair and replace my wind screen. This service provided damaged my vehicle in the process of installation and didn't address the concern at first. I contacted Outsurance regarding this and they just took over. From the beginning I delt with Clint regarding the complaint, he took me step by step and was always in communication regarding the matter. I was send to a very good autobody repair to get the vehicle repaired and that matter was resolved without any problems and no cost to myself. The best was when Outsurance got involved then the service provided wanted to assist bur was informed not to deal with them directly. This is more proof that moving to Outsurance was one of the best decision I ever made. Please keep up the good service from claims, call center and costs.
Incredible service from them. Will recommend them to anyone. Rick was accommodating since the date with bringing the vehicle in to the collection. Always assisting with everything even travel from and to them. The work was done really well. I was really impressed.
I've been going to Mabula since I was 7, I'm now 43 years old. I have seen it go though better and worst. But this time around something has really gone wrong. Let me start with the positive. Modjadji camp entertainment area look great and when I got injured they were really helpful with medical attention. But the negative, the room or units look really bad, I knead of serious maintenance and make over. The fridge wasn't working (they came to fix but still didn't work), smell from the sink, so called alarm on doors not working and instructions on how to use safe was so faded couldn't use it. The units was dirty and untidy, water bottles standing around, dust in cupboards and spiderwebs where spiderwebs should not be. The game drive units was a major let down on how many people from a unit can attend per day as due to the past, and the biggest disappointment was the main lodge. The fact that timeshare guest can't use the swimming pool is unacceptable, our money is just as good as hotel guest. They must consider timeshare guest to be low class. The lodge itself doesn't even feel like your in the bush, so plain and dull as than the look and feel in the past. The crime rate that is also present there at the moment is a big concern and some form of security must be implemented, I know its difficult being that unit are apart but something has to happen. Can't sleep in fear when on holiday. If they can attend with poachers they can surely resolve the crime aliment. Please I urge you to address these concern to make this place magical once again.
