Bought a touch stove in 2018 and early this year the oven started not to be working..I have reported this to the shop but no one has attended to my query were as when I was buying the stove I was told that it a warrant/guarantee of ten years, Bought the stove at The Builders in Nelspruit...
I regret the day I bought my car Mazda 2..the service sucks xem to the core... I hate Mazda with everything in me. Today I had to pay R2300 that I have never budget for without my consent.... And the sales man said he will keep my car if I don't pay the money... I had to do a temporary loan just so I can pay them. MAZDA had just proven to me that every time I visit their offices I must come with a man coz yoh!. Basically the is no day that I go there and come back happy. My car has been making noise from the time I bought it and they said no that how the Mazda 2 are... Then boom now that I have to service the car my self they are telling me to change the clutch for R4000 something.
I have ordered a simcard via the call center first of January but till this day I haven't receive the simcard. I was told that it will only take 3 to 5 business days but yoh we are in February now. This is so annoying Telkom knows how to give a bad to customers xem ay you take a cup on that.
I went to Sandton to inquire on the last month bill. And I was assisted by Pat Nxusana and Lebogang Tshwane. I still can't believe on how Pat was rude to me. Instead of giving me a way forward to my query he said they can not assist me I should go back to the branch of where I took my contract because as Telekom they don't operate the same.
