I was so impressed by the excellent customer service I received at Eagle Corner Mazda in Bramley. From day one of administration process until the day of car delivery and the ongoing service is so superb. Thanks a lot to Brended the consultant and his team.
I have been a member there for more than 2 years now and at different branches. My concern at Zone Fitness across most of the branches is the safety of your valuable belongings as a patron. I have lost so many things there just to mention a few that is sneakers, sweaters etc through to theft. The management is doing absolutely nothing about that to improve the safety concern of our belongings. Most recently have lost my cell phone and a wrist watch and to my surprise all this things were locked inside the locker. I suspect there is a syndicate that is collaborating with staff members to use master key to unlock the lockers of the patrons and steal their valuables. Please be warned!!
We are very unhappy and disappointed with the service and treatment we received from Venkam Properties representative by the name of Quintessa Cronje. We had an appointment on the 27/11/2019 at 5:30 pm to view rental property. She arrived late after 30 minutes she didn't even bother to contact us to inform us that she is gonna be late let alone to apologize to us. We decided to call her twice and after she arrived she was with another client of her preference and chose to ignore us. Quintessa was even reluctant and not at ease to let us view the property. We are under impression that we were treated as secondary customers because of being blacks and the other client was white and he got attended first before us while we were left waiting irrespective of having arrived there earlier than appointment time and we take that as discrimination based on race. We don't know whether Venkam Properties operates in the manner were it values clients based on their race and if that is the case it is a huge problem. I suggest that Quintessa Cronje must go for proper training to learn how to treat clients and interact with clients across all races if not so she will damage the reputation of Venkam Properties.
Since from day 1 have had a contract with MiWay they have never disappointed.
I have paid Eskom in full for outstanding balance of R2697.45 on my land line account in January 2019. I'm now unfairly listed on credit bureau for landline account with Telkom which has already been terminated, since 8 January 2019 have requested settlement letter several times and I'm getting no response. I have been on their several outlets situated in shopping malls and was made to hang on phone to no avail. Can anyone please help me to sort this out. Have since sent email to MDelisCM@telkom.co.za
I have filed my tax returns in time on the 13th July 2017 with all the supporting documents submitted and up until today have been waiting for refund which is due to me.I have confirmed with their call center that there is no outstanding requirement, have been to SARS offices more than 5 times and with more than 10 calls made without any help.The turnaround time I was told about has long gone past. Can somebody help, what must I do.
I have been waiting for my credit card for more than 5 days since the first SMS from fnb that within 48 hours Mr D. couriers will contact me. Their call centre is not operational you'll hold the line forever without getting any help. They sent sms that they failed to contact me whereas no any missed call I have ever received from them.The worst courier service I have ever met. As to FNB how it came about to award this useless company a contract leaves much to be desired.
