Their drive less discount didn't go off automatically. When I raised it with them it took about two months, multiple tickets and a 1 star hello Peter review to sort it out
Their "drive less, get blessed" program is an absolute lie. I didn't use my vehicle for the month of August and Pineapple still charged me the full amount, and are not giving me feedback on my refund. I've been in contact with them and they either ignore me or don't give me feedback. The feedback I get is that, they didn't pick up any trips in August, thinking the tracker didn't work, however, their were no trips in August, and therefore I qualify for the discount/refund. They then closed the ticket without responding to me. After opening the ticket again, they still say they are waiting for feedback from tracker. This has been more than a month now. I'm going to Naked instead
Quite a struggle to get onto their credit card, and their support did not really help with my issues. First issue was that I was sent from pillar to post when I first submitted my income on my credit card application I put in my Net salary, and not my gross salary. I could not correct it on the app. Every time I called they just told me I should resubmit my applications, and then I could not submit any because it was blocking me from submitting more. Eventually a competent customer service representative assisted and said I should email some credit email address. Other point was my lounge access is based on the previous month spend, which, since they opened my card on the 25th of June, and I did not have a chance to use it, I had no "The Lounge" access. Unfortunately, this caveat is not explained to you, so when travelling I had no access. When I tried to call to see if they could assist, because I had spent way more than the minimum spend in the month they were unhelpful. The support was also not aware, or willfully unaware that I had access to LoungeKey.
Handed my car in for service here for express service and it was quick and efficient! I didnt have time to wait a whole day and just wanted a quick service doen and their express service was great
Naked is fast and efficient. They insured my car timelessly and I've had two claims with them. Both the claims went down without a hitch: they paid out and paid a third-party as well. Unfortunately, I had to leave naked because there was a cheaper provider where I moved to however all my experiences with them: signing up, claiming and even cancelling my policy was effortless and a pleasure to deal with. Well done to Naked
