Laminated Flooring

This was an insurance claim after a pipe burst inside a wall. This company was appointed by the insurance. We were supposed to replace the carpet in our main bedroom but decide that we rather want to replace it with laminating flooring. We request a quote for John Dore Flooring in Menlyn for an "upgrade" from carpet to laminating flooring and paid in the difference. Long story short..........the floors are lifting, breaking off pieces ect. We reported it and in communication with Leonie, she doesn't come back to us unless we request feedback, then she give the manager Landa's contact detail, well shed doesn't answer at all. They did send out the guy who was present when installing the flooring a Mishack and he informed me that it's a poor quality product, then Leoni informed us that it's craftsmanship, she arranged for a Gentlemen from Azura (apparently their insurance or something) to come out and '"inspect" and since his inspection NO feedback what so ever. We send WhatsApp messages, Leoni used to reply but no more, no one answer their phones not even Landa the manager. Anyone can see the quality of the product is poor.
